The Center for NYC Neighborhoods, with support from the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development, invites proposals for the Citywide Homeowner Help Desk program. This initiative provides vital outreach, education, and assistance to New York City homeowners, with a focus on low- to moderate-income households.

Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), we aim to fund up to 20 partners across the five boroughs, offering grants of up to $35,000. The total available funding is $500,000. Selected partners will help connect homeowners with expert counseling and legal services to address issues such as foreclosure prevention, property tax assistance, estate planning, scam prevention, and more.
